Q: Are the products you sell 100% authentic?
A:
Yes, we only sell authentic brand name merchandise (no refurbished, fake, or replica items).

Q: Do the products come with an original factory box?
A:
Yes, products come with their original factory box and booklet, unless otherwise stated.

Q: Is Premier Watch Shop an authorized dealer or retailer of the brands listed?
A:
No, like most online and local discount stores, we are not an authorized retailer or dealer of any brand and therefore are not restricted to sell the brand name products at full retail price.

Q: Are watches marked "Water Resistant" suitable for swimming?
A:
No, most watches marked "Water Resistant" are not designed for swimming or diving and the repair policies do not cover water or moister damage. The time on your watch should require normal periodic adjustments. Please ensure that your watch is fully dry before adjusting the time and that the crown is back in complete closed or screwed down position after adjusting. Never operate chronograph buttons when the watch is wet.

Q: Is the watch bracelet sizing free of charge?
A:
Yes, complimentary bracelet sizing is available upon request at the time of purchase. We will remove the watch bracelet links to best match the measurement provided by the customer.

Repair Policy

Q: Is the watch repair policy through Premier Watch Shop or the manufacturer?
A:
The watch repair policy is handled by Premier Watch Shop, no factory warranty card is required.

Q: How long is the watch repair policy?
A:
If available, the watch repair policy period is stated on the item listing page and starts from the date your watch is delivered.

Q: What is covered in the watch repair policy?
A:
The repair of the watch movement is free of charge if such movement proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use and conditions. If the movement part cannot be repaired, it will be ordered and replaced at no charge to you.

Q: What is not covered in the watch repair policy?
A:
The watch repair policy does not cover damages caused by impact, vibrations, water, moisture, or magnetic fields; nor does it cover batteries, straps, bracelets, buckles, bezels, clasps, finishes, cases, crowns, or crystals. It also does not cover damage or defects arising from normal wear such as scratches or chips. There are no other warranties or repair policies of any kind.

Return Policy

Q: How long is your return policy?
A:
If you receive an item and are not satisfied with the look or size, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. Item(s) must be in new condition (no scratches or marks) and include all provided factory accessories.

Q: Do you have a restocking fee on returns?
A:
Yes, there is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. Restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly for luxury items, therefore these fees are common among major online stores.

Q: Who is pays for the return shipment?
A:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Shipping

Q: When will Premier Watch Shop ship my purchased item?
A:
Orders usually ship in 1 business day after receiving a cleared payment. Orders require a valid telephone number for the recipient.

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A:
Yes, you will receive a notification email with tracking information after the item is shipped.

Q: Will my package require a delivery signature?
A:
Yes, most orders require a delivery signature because of the item value.

Q: Do you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO?
A:
No, because most orders require a delivery signature.

Q: Is the shipping to AK, HI, or PR eligible for free US shipping?
A:
No, shipping to above states and territory incur an extra shipping fee because there are less shipping options available.

Q: Can you ship an international package as a gift or lower the invoice value?
A:
No, US and international shipping laws prohibit such action.

Q: Do the shipping charges include import duty/tax for international shipments?
A:
No, please check import tariffs with your local customs office prior to purchasing.

Q: Are the products inspected prior to shipping?
A:
Yes, all items receive a pre-ship final inspection to ensure they're in perfect working condition and are carefully packed by our experienced staff to ensure a safe transit to you.
