SHIPPING
Q:
When will Premier Watch Shop ship my purchased item?
A: In 1-2 business days after payment is received. (Note: A telephone no. is required for the shipping label)

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes, upon shipping you will receive an automated email from the carrier with tracking info.

Q: What is the "Standard" shipping service?
A: Our standard shipping service is usually FedEx Ground or FedEx Express Saver.

Q: Will my package require a delivery signature?
A: Yes, all our packages require a delivery signature.

Q: Do you ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO?
A: No, because all packages require a delivery signature.

Q: Can I upgrade the shipping service?
A: Yes, you can choose an expedited or overnight service depending on your location.

Q: Is the shipping fee to AK, HI, or PR the same as the standard US shipping?
A: No, shipping to above states have an extra $25 fee.

Q: Can you ship an international package as a gift or lower the invoice value?
A: No, US and international shipping laws prohibit such action.


RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Q: What is your Return or Exchange policy for watches?
A: 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Q: Do you have a restocking fee for Returns?
A: Yes, there is a 10% restocking fee plus our incurred shipping expenses.

Q: Do you have a restocking fee for Exchanges?
A: We can waive the restocking fee for an exchange of a similar priced in-stock item,
     customer will only pay our incurred shipping expenses.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Q: When will my refund or exchange be processed?
A: In 1-2 days after receiving and checking your returned item.

Q: Is the repair warranty covered through Premier Watch Shop or the manufacturer?
A: The repair policy period is covered directly through Premier Watch Shop.
